Wilmington Christkindlmarkt & German Festival at St. Matthews Lutheran Church

We enjoy the Christkindlmarkt German Festival at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and would like to invite you to join us there. Come at the opening hour and start enjoying the festival, we will have a "meet up" at 11:00 at the Sanctuary doors. For those who are interested, we can get in the food line together and enjoy authentic German sausages, German potato salad made by the church ladies, soft pretzels and many more treats.

​​Stay as long as you wish and enjoy the German Oompah band and dancers, or grab a hot cup of Gluhwein and stroll the grounds until you find Father Christmas for a photo op. It's a lively fun experience!

​​Shop for home baked cookies, cakes, breads and even stollen! There are many crafters and artisans with options for Christmas shopping.
